How to Crawl [Video]

I am a big believer in the benefits of crawling as a means of developing strong, stable and healthy shoulders. Crawling also challenges your trunk stability, when done well.

Try crawling 2-4 sets of 20 steps to start off with and progress where you can crawl with good technique for 100 steps in a row or about 50m.
